1. Overview
This page describes the fees associated with using Interest For Good services. We are committed to transparent pricing and will always communicate any charges clearly before they are applied.
2. Subscription Fees
Interest For Good offers several subscription tiers, each with different features and pricing. Current subscription pricing is displayed on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).
3. Transaction Fees
Certain activities on the platform may incur transaction fees. For example, marketplace transactions may be subject to a percentage-based service fee. All applicable transaction fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction.
4. Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Currency and Taxes
All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), which will be added at checkout where required by law. You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, such as currency conversion fees.
6. Fee Changes
We reserve the right to adjust our fees from time to time. If we change subscription pricing, we will give you at least 30 days' written notice before the new price takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
7. Late or Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and may reattempt the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful after a reasonable number of attempts, your access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
